Meet Brian Sandgren

Brian Sandgren is half of The Sandgren Real Estate Group. He currently resides in Yuba City, CA with his wife and two daughters. Brian was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area and grew up around the local real estate industry. His parents were local developers and through their hard work and dedication, inspired Brian to choose a career in real estate.  Brian is a graduate of Marysville High School and the University of Pacific (UOP), where he obtained a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate.

After graduating from UOP, Brian jumped directly into real estate in the Yuba-Sutter area, as part of the Sandgren Real Estate Group. As a team, they have sold over 1,000 transactions, since 2006, making the Sandgren Real Estate Group one of the highest producing teams in the area, in just over 8 years. During their young careers, they have sold foreclosed properties for Wells Fargo Bank, Chase, GMAC Mortgage, Fannie Mae, Green River Capital and Sierra Central Credit Union.

In 2010, the Sandgren Real Estate Group joined Jeff Helm to create Helm Properties. At Helm Properties, part of their focus is identifying, acquiring, renovating, and selling distressed properties, for their clients. In the process, they are bettering the community through the rehabilitation of homes and helping people achieve their goals of homeownership.
